  1. 1 lb ground pork
  2. 1 teaspoon salt
  3. 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  4. 2 teaspoon ShaoHsing wine
  5. 1 teaspoon fish sauce
  6. 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
  7. 7 teaspoon sugar
  8. 5 tablespoon honey
  9. 1 teaspoon red yeast rice powder (optional)

  6. When 15 minutes are up, take out and increase heat to 400°F. After baking, the meat may become sweaty. Change the aluminum foil as needed. Cut the meat into smaller pieces then spread a thin layer of honey on top of the jerky, and bake for another 5 minutes.
  7. After 5 minutes, take out and flip the jerky. Change aluminum foil if the jerky is still sweaty. Spread another layer of honey on top of the jerky and bake for another 5 minutes.
  8. Once five minutes are done, take out and enjoy. You can eat them warm or at room temperature.
  9. Since no preservative is added, keep them in the refrigerator and try to finish them within one month. To extend the shelf life, freeze the jerky.
